You’ll learn to map your impact, put a financial value on outcomes and calculate an indicative Social Return on Investment (SROI) for your own programme. You’ll also learn to use AI to speed up the work. Then a private coaching session reviews your SROI model.

• Week 1: Mapping social impact: stakeholders, material outcomes and indicators

• Week 2: Valuing outcomes and calculating SROI: financial proxies, impact adjustments and a hands-on Excel model

• Week 3: AI and impact reporting: AI-assisted analysis, clear impact stories and honest communication of results
