Lead Writer, UNDP Executive Office | November 2025 – June 2026

Led the drafting and evidence synthesis of the UNDP Administrator's Annual Report, consolidating global, regional and country results into clear narratives for senior leadership, the Executive Board, and development partners.

Theory of Change – UNDP Strategic Plan 2026–2029

Consultant, UNDP | April 2025 – September 2025

Elaborated the Theory of Change and provided quality assurance of the Results and Resources Framework for UNDP's new Strategic Plan.

Integrated Results and Resources Framework – UNCDF Strategic Framework 2026–2029

RBM Consultant, UNCDF | June 2025 – December 2025

Developed the Integrated Results and Resources Framework, defined indicators, baselines and targets, drafted methodological notes, and delivered training to socialize the new framework.

Independent Country Programme Evaluation – UNDP Moldova

Governance Thematic Expert, UNDP Independent Evaluation Office | December 2025 – October 2026

Assessed UNDP's contributions to governance, human rights, rule of law, social inclusion and institutional accountability. Applied Theory of Change, outcome harvesting and systems thinking to generate recommendations for the next Country Programme.

Food Security Programme Evaluation – Yemen

Led the evaluation design, mixed-method data collection and analysis, and synthesized findings and recommendations for future food security programming.

YES-Georgia – Women's and Youth Economic Empowerment

MEL Consultant & Senior Evaluator, USAID / W-GDP | January 2021 – September 2024

Designed and implemented MEL frameworks, KPIs and Theories of Change for a multi-year programme advancing women's and youth employment. Supported real-time data systems, evaluations and learning sessions across agriculture, artisan, IT and other sectors.

RBM Handbook and Training Manual

Consultant, Austrian Development Agency | September 2022 – December 2022

Developed an RBM Handbook and training modules to strengthen the capacity of ADA's implementing partners in monitoring, evaluation and learning.

Social Return on Investment of Social Enterprises – Georgia

Researcher and Subject Matter Expert, European Union | June 2020 – December 2021

Contributed to data collection, field visits, value mapping and the final SROI report on social enterprises in Georgia.

External Evaluation of USAID Media Literacy Program

Led the evaluation design using outcome harvesting and systems mapping; directed mixed-method data collection and analysis; produced the final report with recommendations.
